Tectrac, a Bohr Company, Awarded Major Contract for methane leak detection and quantification services by Alliander

AMSTERDAM – 14th November, 2025Tectrac, a Bohr Company specialising in advanced methane leak detection solutions and quantification services, today announced it has been selected by Alliander, a leading Dutch network operator, to conduct comprehensive Methane leak detection Surveys. This key initiative for the client has been granted as a multi-year contract.

The selection of Tectrac followed a competitive bidding process and was based on the company’s demonstrated expertise, proven technology, and extensive experience in Methane leak detection.

The project will involve both driving and walking surveillance operations, utilising the latest cutting-edge laser technology and in-house data visualisation tools. This approach will deliver in-depth, actionable data to inform Alliander’s protocols and maintenance planning. Tectrac’s core strengths in detecting, monitoring, and identifying methane leaks, combined with the strong “Clean Green” ambitions of Alliander, are set to be the driving force behind the partnership’s success.
